I will appreciate hearing from you about strategies which you think would be effective for facilitating instructors of introductory statistics (especially in the health and behavioral sciences) to change their attitudes and adopt more reform-oriented pedagogical techniques ( including active learning strategies). A model I am working on shows that perceived usefulness (of reform-oriented pedagogy*) and personal teaching efficacy are the most important contributors to teachers' attitude in this context.
*Less mathematical and more applied and concept-based
