The mwc1*.img files are generated using the full spatial transformation
(affine + nonlinear).

Subject: [SPM] Jacobian modulation in SPM5
Dear SPM users
In SPM5, the zoom factor is part of the nonlinear normalization (in
contrast
to SPM2
where the zoom factor is part of the affine term). When applying the
Jacobian modulation
in SPM5 (in the context of VBM using VBM5 toolbox), the resulted grey
matter
segments
(mwc1*_HMRF.img) still contain the translations and rotations introduced
by
the normalization,
because it was only corrected for the nonlinear term.
Is this right?
Thanks in advance
Best regards
Juergen
