Hello,
Do you have experience of scanning documents for use on teaching lists
using the CLA licence? Do you use a system such as Moodle for putting
reading lists and material online for student access? Do you provide
distance learning courses? Do you find that you tend to use 'inhouse'
publications, journals, and online articles more on reading lists than
other traditional materials such as book chapters? Do you find this
system more labour intensive than 'traditional' methods?
If you have any experience of the above and are willing to share your
experience of what enables/disables this process, please can you contact
me as we are looking to provide this form of service but are aware that
we are restricted by copyright regulations (in particular we cannot scan
non-UK material), and are aware that there is a time limit to placing
scanned material online.
Best,
Stephanie Watson
