Dear Sheona and ILL people
If someone has upset the library then we block their use, which means they
cannot place ILL requests. We don't worry too much about this as we know
they will not be able to use ILL if they are defaulters elsewhere in the
library. If something comes, we will usually let them have it unless they
are in trouble for non-return of other items either ours or other ILLs.
