Hi Mark,
I'm having problems applying a flirt transform to a mask. I created the
mask on OSX in MNI standard space and I normally apply the
standard2example_func transform on the mask on Solaris. I then overlay the
mask onto example_func without any problems.
I recently got some data that was created on Linux. I then did a full
analysis on it, on Solaris. Now when I try to apply the
standard2example_func transform, I get an empty mask.
I tried changing data types, but it didn't seem to help. I'm not really
sure what to try next. Is it an endian problem?
I've attached the header output for the three different files: the original
OSX mask, the Linux data, and the Flirt transformed/Solaris data.
Any ideas of what I should try next? thanks!
