Well, yes and no.
There is no merge button for isolated (e.g. imported) lists at present.
However, in the standerd case the shift list is just derived from the
resonances assigned in its linked experiments. So you can simply put all
the experiments you want to contribute to the shifts under the same list -
you can take any experiments back out after and the shifts will be
recorded in that list, even if there is no longer any direct peak
evidence.
