Unfortunately this was nothing directly to do with the copying of
assignments, which is why it took me so long to find the issue. Anyhow
this is now fixed and patched.
This is a very important fix that everyone should get soon as as possible.
Without it the ability to stereospecifically resolve prochirals is broken.
I suspect that it was broken during the termoil of the v1.1 migration.
