Subject: Invitation to take part in ECU impact assessment survey
Dear Colleagues,
With the duty to carry out impact assessment having recently been
extended to apply to disability as well as race, and soon to be extended
to gender, the ECU is carrying out a survey to provide a 'temperature
check' of the higher education sector's progress in and feelings towards
the impact assessment process.
This will be used to better inform our approach to impact assessment as
a whole, and in particular will help us in the development of our
forthcoming update to the guidance for the higher education on impact
assessment, as well as a briefing to senior managers in HE.
If you are interested in taking part in this survey - the responses to
which will be strictly confidential - then please contact me for further
information, and a copy of the survey (it is currently in Word formal,
Arial size 12 font - please specify if you require a hard copy or an
alternative format).
Best wishes,
Moussa
