Just for general interest..
5y old lad. 6/52 ago bumped head on railings at school. Small cut. S/b
school nurse who very sensibly said..Hes ok its just small bruise
with
a graze.
2/52 parents thought 'bump' getting bigger..but child well
2/7 Vomiting child, sleepy 'not normal self'...... with large boggy
swelling exactly over site of old injury...came to ED
CT scan shows....
Haven't got the definitive yet but will follow up with radiology
