Any solution leading to the same result will do.
I could feedback alternative solutions to atlas if I had detailed
procedures (I think that Simone's intentions was to provide sysadmins with
something straightforward to run).
Discussing the pro and cons of favourite methods (direct sql update vs
DPM APIs vs dedicated script) can be left to the ops meeting.
Needless to say I will only feedback the most straightforward method.
