medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Yesterday's ODNB's Life of the Day was Steve Gunn's biography of Henry VII
(1457-1509), king of England and lord of Ireland. There is not much
religious in this biography but colleagues may find the sections on Henry's
patronage and taxation of the clergy, his piety, death and funeral, of some
interest.
