Nickie,
Who do you pay the subscription to? It is this organisation who is
responsible for the service and they who should sort out the problem. Tell
them you intend to cancel and will claim back any unused subscription
period if they don't fix it by a given date. Don'tbe fobbed off and cancel
on that date if it is not fixed. You have nothing to lose since you have
no service now.
As they say in the detective novels 'Always follow the money' :-) .
