I'm doing a re-send of this as it didn't seem to send the first time.
Apologies to anyone receiving it twice.
I am trying to find statistics about the number of wheelchair users in
employment in the UK. I'm not having much luck with ONS data sets or
general web searches so would be grateful if anyone knew of any
publications with current data. I want the data to back up a point I'm
trying to make in my thesis about shameful levels of access in high street
businesses, which are not really addressed by the DDA as it is not enforced
and relies on individual litigation - by the very people facing barriers to
work due to lack of enforcement of the DDA! All help appreciated.
All the best
Katie
