It is correct.
You can easily test it by type the script name in matlab.
I just forget to delete those lines for calculating org. To get the correct
org in the resampled space, you can never use a pixel based coordinate
system.

Parts of it don't seem quite right, for example org is never actually
used after it is calculated in lines 22 and 23. My apologies if I am
misreading it, or if it seems to work perfectly.
I can't guarantee that my version of this is correct, but it *seems*
to work on the images I've tested it with... and I've suggested it to
a few other people on the list in the past without receiving any
complaints (so far -- do shout if you have one).
