Dear SPM,
Thank you for your respond. That points out the difference between
registration model and transformation matrix. Now after generating the
rigid body transformation parameters, I can't find the related spm matlab
command to create the coregistered images. I find spm_get_space
(VF.name,transformation matrix) (For example, spm_get_space(VF.name, inv
(spm_matrix(x))*M) but Spm_get_space seems only updated the header
information but not the r_VF that is created from GUI.
