Woman's life is a cheat and a disappointment:
everything is real,
and dreams are disappointing.
The fire to stoke, the cat to feed,
the floor to mop after the children's party.
The prize awarded for the English essay,
the scholar's degree and the shares in the company:
these things become regrets. Woman passes
from unreality to bloody reality.
