Overview:
This course examines the tasks that need to be addressed before fundraising
can begin. Topics covered include:
* Identifying Need
* Planning
* Identifying Fundraising Costs
* Fundraising and the Law
This will be followed by Practical Sessions on different
fundraising techniques
Aims & Objectives:
By the end of the day, delegates should…
* Understand the importance of planning
* Be able to use that knowledge to develop a fundraising strategy
* Produce concise and clear applications
* Know where to look for both help and money
* Take away some good fundraising ideas
Suitable for:
This course is suitable for staff from Museums Archives and Libraries whose
responsibilities cover fundraising.
