Well, the 22 February feast was re-designated as the Chair of Peter at
Antioch, and that certainly commemorated Peter's Bishopric at Antioch -
according to something I read, his "consecration as bishop of Antioch" [if
so, by whom?] - but I would agree that the 18 January feast (and presumably
the original 22 February feast) appear to commemorate a physical object.
