1. Information Skills: Is Google Enough? 13th February

Learn how to make the most of Google, and a range of other information sources, in order to find quality information quickly and effectively.
2. Blogs, Wikis & Social Networking, 14th February

This practical workshop aims to get beyond the hype and show what blogs, wikis and other social software tools can do for you, whether you are a publisher or consumer of web-based information.
3. Dreamweaver 8: Web Page Creation, 15th February
-----------------------------------------------------
Macromedia Dreamweaver is a popular software package incorporating tools for web page creation and web site control and management. This workshop offers a brief overview of HTML and web, before introducing the key features that the latest version of the package offers for creating and formatting web content.
4. Project Management for the Education Sector, 20th February
-----------------------------------------------------
This workshop introduces a project management methodology that can be adapted for any size of project and is specifically tailored to the needs of the education sector. The day is interactive, providing a structured approach to project management and investigating a number of examples.
It is provided in conjunction with JISC infoNet, the advisory service for managers in the post-compulsory education sector promoting effective planning, implementation and management of information and learning technology.
