Dear all
In view of the numbers of customers who come in and almost automatically
expect to pay their various library charges by card, I'd be pleased to hear
of your experience in taking payments by credit and / or debit card- if this
is what you do.
In particular-
Has taking card payments been worthwhile in view of bank charges and
transaction fees?
Do you require customers' card transactions to be more than specified
amount?
Have you encountered any particular problems or pitfalls we should be aware
of?
Many thanks for your help.
