ELECTION OF HLG GROUP COMMITTEE 2007/08
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Members of the Group are invited to submit their nominations for the
following posts on the HLG Group Committee

Election of Honorary Officers:
* Chair
* Vice-Chair
* Honorary Secretary
* Honorary Treasurer
to serve for one year from 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008.
Candidates must be members of the Group excluding Associated Members of the
Group* and nominated by 2 members of their group entitled to vote.
Election of
*several Committee members
to serve from 1 April 2007, for a three-year term until 31 March 2010.
Candidates must be members of the Group or Associated Members of the Group*
if applicable, and nominated by 2 members of their group entitled to vote.
Candidates must indicate their consent to serve in writing either by
countersigning a nomination form or by submitting a separate declaration.
No candidate shall be nominated for more than one category of office.
Nominations should reach the Honorary Secretary in writing by 31 January
2007.
