Lots of surgeries seem to be wanting in-house (or very close) warfarin
clinics - does the team think a one day a week pharmacist led clinic
would be workable (the pharmacist and travelling to different practices
on different days) - I'm not sure a clinic would fill a day a week so
thought the rest of the day could be prescribing support (filing MUR's,
paracetamol trials for NSAID patients and other tidying up type of stuff.)
Workable?
And what sort of price (given that current cost of warfarin clinic is
approx £130-£140 per patient)
TIA
