Hi,
this is with CSF. If you check the nonzero voxels of avg152_csf at a reasonable threshold (e.g. 25) and substract it from the nonzero voxels of the avg152_brain_mask you will end up with something like 1300 cm³.
Cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] is avg152T1_brain.img larger?
Hi,
I checked the volume of the FSL standard brain avg152T1_brain.img and it
measured 2000+cm^3.
Is it larger than a normal human brain, which should measure around
1300-1500cm^3?
Thanks,
George
