Hi - either your bvecs/bvals files are incorrect, or, more likely, there is a problem with your input
data. Did you view "data" as a movie loop in FSLView to check for problems?
If you can't see what's wrong then feel free to upload the data for us to look at:
Please upload the files in a single compressed tarfile to
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
and then email me the upload ID.
