Hi,
I'm taking my first tentative steps towards using FDT.
So far I've generated a 4D data set with DTI data with 35 directions, with
the first volume being b0. I've used BET to strip the skull, and FLIRT to
realign it to standard space. So far, so good.
However, how do I save the initial volume (b=0) in the 4D dataset so that I
can put it into the 'nodif' file that FDT requires?
Thanks
Suzanna
