Although as usual (and it being Friday) there are many unspoken
exceptions.
6(4) No person shall soil any part of the railway.
Unless you've just used a toilet without retention tank, that dumps the
"proceeds" on the rails.
6(8) No person shall molest or wilfully interfere with the
comfort or convenience of any person on the railway.
Unless that person is a suspected offender, and the interfering is being
done by the railway [police or other authorised employees].
etc etc.
