HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!
I am sure that many of us will be thinking about the few extra pounds we gained over the Xmas holidays. Exercise comes to mind...if you are like me the most I can do is walk. I have recently discovered the stairs outside my office and started using them! ! My target is to take 6,000 steps a day but let me tell you that this is a big challenge. With lots of effort I can reach 4,000 to 5,000 steps on a normal day at the office. So, how can I reach the 10,000 steps recommended? Here is an article to help motivate some of us...Best wishes for a more active and healthier 2007 (for those who are in my low activity category). Rena Papadopoulos.
