Dear all
Here at Brighton we are using the new form, however we only send off
the relevant sections, cutting out the rest before printing, so in most
cases we only send 2 pages.
We are working on automated downloads from SITS, which will cut down the
processing time

Subject: Re: SLC NEW Change of Circumstance form "HEICOCF"
By looking on the DFES website and getting annoyed that we do not get
notification about anything any more. Although we have been told by
some LEAs when we contacted them that they do accept notifications in
other formats from us. This is especially useful for the notification
regarding fee differences (I mean it is useful that they accept a
spreadsheet for example).
The other forms are still on the website so I assumed the 5 page one is
only for fee differences etc but does not make sense to be so wasteful
with the paper.

Subject: SLC NEW Change of Circumstance form "HEICOCF"
We have just been informed by our LEA, that a new five page Change of
Circumstance form has been developed, and should now be used for any
change in information for a student. These changes include the
previously
used, withdrawal, suspension, but also now include any changes in
relation
to the ACR file. Depending on the code issued for each student on the
ACR, this form will now need to be completed and returned to the LEA.
How many HEI's or LEA have been made aware of this, and by what means?
