I think that breast feeding mothers should not use toilets as a place to
feed their babies. Change a nappy etc, fine, otherwise they must find an
alternative location - leading stores and enlightened companies already
provide suitable rooms.

Subject: Accessible toilets and breastfeeding
Infection Control /Public Health Department
say that breastfeeding and nappy changing should be separated,
(breastfeeding mothers are unhappy to use toilets of an adult or infant
type) plus, the current situation for existing buildings is that, for the
want of anywhere else, some accessible toilets have chairs just foisted
into them for breastfeeding mothers to use.
In Walsall a breastfeeding chair was six inches from a toilet seat.
Are any regulations that separates accessible toilets and breastfeeding
mothers?
