Yes, the book that came out of that conference is
entitled 'Charms and Charming in Europe' and is edited
by Jonathan Roper (Palgrave Macmillan, 2004, ISBN
1-4039-3925-x)
There has been a second conference, and Jonathan was
intending to edit papers from that too,m but I haven't
heard whether it has found a publisher. He is based at
