The International Arab Journal of Information Technology (IAJIT) is a
specialized, refereed, and indexed journal that is published quarterly
in English. IAJIT is the official journal of the Colleges of Computer
and Information Society, stemming from the Association of Arab
Universities and published by Zarqa Private University, Jordan. IAJIT is
indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, DBLP, and EBSCO. IAJIT
invites contributions from researchers, scientists, and practitioners
from all over the world.
Find attached a copy of the cover page of IAJIT issue; Vol. 4, No. 1,
January 2007; which shows its contents. You can refer to IAJIT web site
at www.iajit.org for more details about the third issue and any other
information about the journal.
 
The aims of this international journal are to provide a forum for
original and significant contributions in the field of information
technology, to promote exchange of information and knowledge in research
work, to explore the new developments and inventions related to the use
of information technology towards the structuring of an information
society, and to assist the academic staff from local and foreign
institutions on publishing research results and studies in computer
science and information technology through a scholarly publication.
Published papers will range from reports on systems that are currently
being designed, implemented, and use to theoretical papers concerning
formal specification, verification, and synthesis of information
systems.
Unpublished papers and extended versions of papers presented at
conferences may be submitted for possible publication in the journal.
Surveys and tutorial papers are welcome. In all cases, acceptance of
papers will be based on originality and contribution.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: AI & Expert
Systems, Database Systems, Systems Software, Computer Networks, Computer
Architecture, Parallel & Distributed Systems, Internet & the Web,
Computer Simulation, Digital Telecommunications, Neural Networks,
Software Engineering, Distance Learning, Algorithms & Applications,
Image Processing, Arabic Language Processing, IT & Society, Information
Systems, Pattern Recognition, Reliability & Fault Tolerance, Human
Computer Interaction, Bioinformatics, E-commerce, Computer Security,
Geographic Information Systems, Computer Graphics.

IAJIT invites contributions from researchers, scientists, and
practitioners from all over the world.
