Greg
There are no in-built reports in HBSMR for printing out the thesaurus -
as Bruce said you can browse it within the system.
If you really do need to get a hard copy for someone else, it would be
reasonably simple to prepare a report that lists the terms/scopenotes
etc, for a specific class of terms.
However, there are likely to be copyright/reproduction issues here -
Bruce could you clarify this point?
Cheers
Crispin

Thanks Bruce just what I was looking for. The reason for my question is
that a an historic building archaeologist wanted to check the
terminology he is using conforms to the thesaurus.

Greg
I'm not sure why you would want to print out all of the terms within
HBSMR (most of which are English Heritage developed thesauri) as you can
browse them very effectively either within the Admin function -
Browse/Edit Thesaurus.
In theory you could always buy a hard copy of the Thesaurus of Monument
Types from English Heritage publications, but this does not include any
of the recent changes. You can also browse the EH thesauri online:
http://thesaurus.english-heritage.org.uk/
If you want any specific advice on thesauri or data standards then speak
to either [log in to unmask] or
[log in to unmask] in the Data Standards Unit - 01793

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Bruce
