Analysis caches shifts in ovelapping ppm range bins for speeady lookups.
This is important whenever existing shifts are matched to a given
frequency (e.g. matching resonances to peak dim).
The warning occurs when the cache is not synchronised with the current
state of the data. Generally it is not much to worry about and has nothing
to do with the data model. I expect what has happend is that a shift value
has changed but the functions which curate the cache were not called, or
not called in time. The curation occurs due to the notifiers in
AssignmentBasic.setupAssignmentNotifiers() - this is called when Analysis
starts up.
