Thanks for the report, these are things we generally want to track.
The specific case is benign, though. A 'Deprecated' warning from 'doLoad'
in practice means that it is reading some old style files - the backwards
compatibility code unavoidably uses some shortcuts. In this case 'Problem
Resionances' is triggering the reading of the reference chemical shift
files. For technical reasons we cannot easily distribute a new set till we
make the next implementation change, but meanwhile everything works fine.
You should only get the warnings once for every amino acid type, if that
is any consolation.
