I had removed those spectra from the toolbar by using the Mapped Spectra
popup. In there I believe I failed to remove the 'Display in Slice'
option, resulting in them being listed in the Slice but not in the
toolbar or main window. It is possible that I did this still in the old
version (in case it is done differently now).
It would seem to me that this would not usually be an issue, since one
would normally disable the slice view along with the main window viewing
of a spectrum. (I seem to vaguely recall this is something that was
actually changed/improved in version 12?)
