I agree. We time-limit the use of a photograph (with identifiable
individuals in it) to 2 years and would expect the consent form to be
retained whilst the photograph is in use.
When we take photos, we also ask if the photo can be offered to the
Museum or Archives. If the Library or Archives want it, the form will be
kept for a very long time !
