Hi Lizzie

Many thanks for your e-mail, and yes, I do remember you very well.  I'll be very happy to send out the book to you if you could let me know your address.  The next deadline is 1 Dec 2006 (a bit too tight I imagine), and thereafter the 1 March 2007. I have attached guidelines for review authors.
