I have noticed that the CCPNMR analysis program tends to slow down when
I have it running for a while. I saw in the CCPNMR list archive that
this has been noted in the past by a number of other people. I was
wondering if there are any specific suggestions on how to improve this.
Currently I am using the program after compiling it for usage of the Tk
interface, using the system tcl, tk, etc libraries that come with suse
linux 10.1. Does any know if it would improve things to compile it again
but now with the provided libraries rather than the system ones? Any
other ideas for improvements? (I initially also tried the GL rendering,
but that seemed no different)
Thanks,
Patrick
