Dear Wayne,
If it is a GLUT issue, have you tried freeglut. Freeglut is actively
developed and you may be able to get in touch with the developers and
have a fix done.
The default fink version of CCPNMR goes with freeglut only. You may
want to check it out and see if that fixes the issue or at least
provides a means for future improvement, as GLUT is not developed
anymore.
Btw, how is RDCs data handled by analysis with the new release?
