Hello,
Those are the kind of warnings we expect when you first load an old
project. They should (hopefully) not be repeated when you save and then
re-load your project. (Well, as long as that particular package is
modified, so it is saved when you hit the "save" button.) So those
warnings are not a real problem. (In theory we could have tried to
eliminate warnings in this situation but it would have been far too much
grief to do so.)
So I would say any warnings (which usually include the word "deprecated")
coming from:
ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/memops/format/xml/Compatibility.py
should be ignored. (Errors are a different matter!)
Warnings during normal use of Analysis (e.g. when an old file is not being
loaded) are the ones we want to eliminate, so we definitely want to hear
about. (Because those represent old code rather than old data.)
