Hello,
When the major release update mechanism of Analysis is used it renames the
ccpnmr1.0 directory to ccpnmr1.0_something_or_other (I forget) and
installs the new one in ccpnmr1.0. So if your XML files pointed to the
old ccpnmr1.0 they now point to the new one and all is well.
My guess here is that you have a project file that points to some really
old ccpnmr release (so not in the ccpnmr.new directory), so that this
renaming had no effect.
If you look at your project (top) XML file then look for lines like
(search on "chemElementData"):
<Url _ID="_40" serial="3" protocol="file" name="chemElementData">
<path>/Users/wb104/cvsroot/ccpn/data/ccp/chemElement</path>
<storages _IDREF="_39"/>
</Url>
The path for your URL is (I hope!) pointing to some really old data.
Change the path to:
/data/karthik/programs/ccpnmr.new/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/data/ccp/chemElement
And there might well be a few more URLs which need changing like that
(chemComp, chemCompCoord, nmrExpPrototype, nmrReference).
