Or 'what we didn't say'...

A really good example of how a lazy and/or politically motivated hack
has managed to make one sentence about RFID transform from our original
report for the UK Information Commissioner (officially out on Thursday),
which was saying that it was not surprising that technology websites
were discussing the possibility that everyone should be implanted, to
their version, which implies that the Labour Government is actively
considering this...
The comments are even more crazy.
I have of course tried to put my own simply correction via their
website, but clearly editorial prerogative means not publishing anything
by people who actually know what they are talking about...
BTW, some background for non-UK people - The Daily Mail is a nasty
right-wing rag that is best known for advocating that Jews fleeing from
Nazi Germany be sent back. It's main concerns are taxes, house prices
and the activities of assylum seekers. It generally doesn't like: the
state, gays and lesbians, foreigners or anything that will raise taxes
or bring down house prices...
Just be careful out there!
David.
