Could you let Neil and me know which presentation and what you're using
to view/listen to it? Was it a general poor quality or anything more
specific (such as the audio breaking up)?
Does anyone else have this problem? If you do drop us a line (off list).
I'm asking because we've checked the sound quality and the only problem
we can hear here is that the Breeze presentations seem to start at full
volume but sound better if you turn them down. We're using Windows and
FireFox or Internet Explorer.

Thanks, we're looking at other options so will add this to the list.
Other suggestions would be welcome.

If there's anything specific let us know and I'll post you a URL (if I
know it).
Best Regards, Phil.
