New position: Researcher - Human Settlements Group, International Institute
for Environment and Development, London.
We are advertising for a researcher to join the Human Settlements Group.
Their main purpose will be to co-ordinate and contribute to the development
of a multi-country programme of research on urban and peri-urban water and
sanitation provision in conditions of poverty.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the commitment, ideas and
collaborative approach needed to make a difference in this rapidly evolving
field. We are looking for a self-starter with a postgraduate degree in a
relevant discipline, a demonstrated ability to manage international research
projects, and high quality publications on related topics.
This is a new full-time position, based in London and with a starting salary
in the range £27,568 - £36,172, depending on experience. The closing date
for applications is Friday 27 October and interviews will be held week
commencing 13 November 2006.
