The FLO in question has now been side shuffled into an non FLO position
within the County.
All I will say is that the said FLO's Ebay sellers ID was Adrianus...
By the way as an aside on your comment that I would not say the same to a
detectorist, I had actually sent an email to the seller this morning
explaining my dissapointement and I also made a post on the UKDN to the same
extent, which others have agreed with.
