Hi
Sorry its me again, I think I may have found out what crashes the Current
Peak Lists pop up as I have just crashed it again.
I was running "Synthetic Lists-Predict from Structure" and this time I had
my console window visible. I got the following traceback,
Exception in Tkinter callback
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib64/python2.4/lib-tk/Tkinter.py", line 1345, in __call__
return self.func(*args)

self.update()
File "/data/prog/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/memops/gui/ProgressBar.py", line

p = self.progress/self.total
ZeroDivisionError: float division
This has no noticeable affect on the rest of Analysis but does crash Current
Peak Lists.
Oddly, running "Synthetic Lists-Predict from shifts" after seems to fix the
window.
I havent tried this feature on any of my other projects so it could be
specific to this project.
Is it possible to tell from this small traceback whether the reason that
"Predict from structure" is not working is due to something specific in my
project or something more general?
Cheers
Ben
