We had a clearout of duplicates of Starlink documentation. There may be
the odd remaining bulky RAL GKS manual in the folder from the
mid-eighties around. Given the size we couldn't keep many
hardcopies when Starlink was cut.

There is also SUN/83 that describes the Starlink release of RAL/ICL
GKS.

for the first third. I'll mail Julian Gallop to see if the other parts
