I've been looking at this code and have modified it to do the table
conversion in the background, I've also added a few blocks were the UI
goes into busy (and the busy cursor is shown). Don't have any massive
catalogues around so more might be needed, but I think that should be
better. Try it out.
As far as the work goes I think I'm happy that we merge what we have into
keoe, if there's still time, Tim/Brad? In which case you or I could do
that on Monday.
