Apologies for crosspostings.
I agree with you. However, I would add that at one month old I had a skull
fracture, apparently due to being placed in a bowl on a table which then
tipped onto the floor, and was hospitalized for 3 days. Inflamation of my
front temporal lobe was recorded. I didn't find out about this until I was
29, almost 30. I am now 41.
Apparently my mother was responsible for leaving me in the bowl
This points to parental abuse and/or neglect, contrary to what the
parent-led organisations say, being a possible cause of autism (and any kind
of learning difference). Especially where it has lead to head injury and
subsequent inflammation.
Strokes can also lead to this. Very many small strokes aren't detected in
infancy.
