Pentcho

I sense an approaching lull in the climate crisis coming, so maybe now
is a good time to address the physics crisis.

There's a few things that bother me about your comments. One is that
there is this LANGUAGE thing that I see in Bush's "War on Terrorism,"
which is that he's using inexact aspects of language to proclaim a very
real war on something nobody can authoritatively define. So when you
proclaim the "death of physics" or the "death of chemistry" or try to
make equals of science and religion, well, my brain just explodes.

It seems to me that science, physics, and chemistry are simply here in
the universe and they will always be here no mater what humans do, or
think, or say. So, to me, the rules that run the universe (science) are
independent of human activity. So, HOW CAN THEY DIE? Or worse, how can
religion and science be one and the same; they are polar opposites.
Science is science, and religion is religion. And pseudo-science is
pseudo-science.

The religion vs. science debate is at least entertaining. Correct me if
I am wrong but wasn't Mendel the father of genetics? Wasn't he a MONK?
... and wasn't the St Bernard dog genetically engineered at the St.
Bernard MONASTERY? The religion vs. science debates have been raging
for centuries and seem poised to go on for eons more, because the
flexibility of words and meanings knows no limit. The corniness of it
all reminds me of a particularly bad Laurel & Hardy film.

I happened across a stack of Resurgence (Buddhist) magazines recently,
where they carry on the debate for about 4 years. More Laurel & Hardy
. . . but get this: Here's the fundamentals of Buddhism:
"Believe nothing merely because you have been told it. Do not believe
what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher. But
whatsoever, after due examination and analysis, you find to be kind,
conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings -- that
doctrine believe and cling to, and take it as your guide." -- Buddha
[Gautama Siddharta] (563 - 483 BC)

This is virtually IDENTICAL -- almost verbatim -- to the very first
lesson taught in my high-school chemistry class, in our first
"experiment."

Get it?

Buddhism is fundamentally a SCIENCE. It's not a religion. They have no
god and no dogma. It has been turned into a sort of religion only by
modern-day dominators who are more into power than people.

So what is going on?

This will all be confusing if you have never read anything by the real
dominators of the world like Hitler, Machiavelli, Leo Strauss, (father
neoconservativism), any Zionist, or Zbigniew Brzezinski, all of whom
openly insist on telling lies, and using other deceptions and frauds,
in order to control people and dominate them. (If you want to make a
million bucks real fast, here is the way. Read up on these guys and
start spouting their crap, and you'll be on the lecture circuit in no
time. It worked for Brzezinski.)

Once you understand that, then it's easy to see why such an inane
debate has carried on for centuries, and why people today would like to
keep the waters muddied: The dominators demand it. It's one of their
central tactics.

And when you have come to understand that, its not a great leap to see
why scientists don't dare talk publicly about the reality of climate
change: In doing so they will be seen as a Galileo, who offended Pope
George VV, and the chain of command will enforce their punishment.

If all the pathological liars had been barred from public office 10,000
years ago, we might not be in such a pickle today. But, no, in the name
of "freedom of religion" we glorify these morons and put them in high
office.
